Alex is a Co-Founder/ King of Flooring with over 16 years of experience in Commercial/ Residential Installations. He has a variety of experience that includes management of installation crews, scheduling, and many flooring applications. Alex prides himself on building relationships with installers as well as job supervisors to ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. 

Max is project manager focused on breaking down challenges, making plans, and driving results. With advanced degrees and certifications in Project & IT Management. Outside of work, He's passionate about travel and learning from different cultures.
